2. Data Processing in Jira (Atlassian Forge)

Isolation & Security: Noise21 is a native Atlassian Forge app. This means the app has no permissions for external connections. Ticket content is never transmitted to external servers.

Storage: All ranking data (Elo scores) is stored exclusively within 'Entity Properties' inside your own Jira instance. History snapshots are encrypted in Atlassian's isolated Forge Storage.

Runtime: The calculation logic is executed locally within Atlassian's secure Node.js runtime environment.

This marketing website is hosted via Vercel. Email inquiries to support@noise21.com are processed via IONOS.
